Recognizing Things we can’t control or change in life:
There are certain situations you simply cannot change. It doesn’t mean you should give up on everything as long. And try to understand “Believing you control nothing is just as unhelpful as believing you control everything.”
Here some of the things you cannot control:
1. What other people think:
We cannot change what other people think, including about ourselves. Yet countless numbers of people try in vain to change the opinions and thoughts of others.
2. The past:
We don’t have the time machine to go past and no way to recover it. If you've made mistakes or have regrets, the only thing you can do is make decisions about how they affect your present and your future.
3.The Future:
We don’t know what happens in future. It determined by your actions. But it is also determined by the actions of others, which you can't know ahead of time, let alone control.
4. The weather & Traffic:
Have you noticed how many people complain about weather & traffic because they are not liking, even us? If it rains on your birthday, make the best of it.
How to stop caring about things you can’t control?
If you waste a lots of time to worrying about things you can’t control, here some of the things that can help:
1. Determine what you can control:
Why worry about things you can’t control in life instead focus for things what you can control in a healthy way.

How many times you smile a day?
2.
How much food you eat?
3. How quickly you try again after you
fall
4. How you react of what you can’t control and etc.
Take some time to Write your worries and analyse it. To find what things you get worry/affect by most. It actually gives you a better solution.
You can ruin the happiness of your present life by Worrying about your future/Past. As I earlier said, nothing can change if you worrying about unwanted things.
4. Talk to a friend:
Most of the time, after talking to your close friends or someone, you will realize in the end that what you’re stressed out about is actually nothing to worry.
Meditation makes you relax and peace in your mind & exercise help you to improve your mood, your self-control.
Get a quality sleep, so your mental state healthy. Then make sure you get better sleep at least 6.5 – 7.5 hours’ per night.
Yes. I suggest you to practice gratitude daily. It gives you a positive change.
